Hurricane Ida Relief: Fill The Trailer
Ends on Sunday, September 12
On Sunday, August 29, Hurricane Ida made landfall as a Category 4 storm. The communities of Louisiana and Mississippi were hit the hardest, and we want to do whatever we can to support those affected. We have been collecting cleaning supplies to send to those impacted by this tragic event. Today is the last day you can help by donating the following supplies at the Missions Wall at Cottonwood Creek:

Before We Say I Do
Sundays | September 12 - October 10 | $75/Couple
The Fall 2021 “Before We Say I Do” premarital counseling class will begin Sunday, September 12.
We also offer individual counseling separate from the class if you prefer couples counseling. The cost is $25.00 per session with a minimum of four sessions. The maximum number of sessions is eight.
If you chose to do the couple’s counseling, you will receive a Twogether In Texas discount for your marriage license. The discount is $60.00.

The Care Ministry provides comfort, healing, hope and training for those who are experiencing life's interruptions. Our Care Ministry has personal counselors, Stephen Ministry, Celebrate Recovery, Marriage Mentoring program and Care Groups specializing in cancer, divorce and grief.

Cottonwood Creek Works With Lifepath Systems Loss Program To Impact Suicide Survivors
In Texas, someone dies by suicide once every two hours, and suicide is the 11th leading cause of death. With these sobering statistics in mind, Cottonwood Creek Church partnered with the LifePath Systems LOSS Program, an initiative that provides care and resources to those impacted by suicide.
During the month of August, Cottonwood Creek’s Check-In For Charity missions project focused on raising funds to support the LOSS program, which provides resources to suicide survivors through the support of volunteers and mental health professionals.
Membership Workshop

Every adult who is interested in joining Cottonwood Creek is required to complete the Membership Workshop video series and attend one of our Membership Workshop classes.
Both of these classes will be in person and will include a light meal. Register online.

Join us at Cottonwood Creek Church for our Worship Nights on the last Tuesday of each month! Come and let your soul be refilled as we worship the Lord in community with one another.

DINNER & CHILDCARE: This event does not require registration. However, we offer registration to sign up for dinner and childcare in advance. Dinner costs $5 and will vary from month to month. Registration for dinner and childcare coming soon.

Kid Care Preschool is hiring! Join our team. Positions available are part-time from 9 - 2 p.m. on Monday through Thursdays with paid holidays. Kid Care follows the Allen ISD School Calendar.

Evergreen Parenting Class

Embark on this 7-week journey as we explore how our temperaments impact our relationships with our kids and parental strategies, what healthy authority really is, and gaining an understanding of compassionate discipline. This is a holistic parental approach built on a Biblical foundation.
Creek Kids Praise

Creek Kids Praise is a fun night of worship and Bible activities for kids 3 years (potty trained) through 5th grade. Kids will enjoy praising God together, while singing familiar favorites and learning new worship songs. We also dive into the truth of God’s Word in fun and interactive lessons.
There are two sections of Creek Kids Praise:
Up-Praise: 1st - 5th grade meets in B109/111.
Lil’ Praise: 3 years - kindergarten meets in A143.

Awana
Sundays | 3-year-olds (as of 9/1/2021 and potty trained) - 12th grade | $35
Kids represent the greatest opportunity to make a long-term impact on our world for Christ. Awana reaches kids where they are and walks alongside them in their faith journey through exciting Scripture memorization and Bible study, fun games and engaging large group sessions. Those kids who come to faith at an early age discover God's purpose for their lives and hope for the future.
