Onward

Online & On-Campus

We are in the last week of our Onward campaign and there’s still time to participate in our online and on-campus expansion project!

The Onward projects include updating obsolete equipment in the Worship Center to increase our streaming efforts, updating our online presence through a new website and a new app, and adding long-awaited parking spaces.

We expect God to bring more people to our campus and to join us online, and when that happens, we want to be ready! Onward projects will benefit our church family and community for years to come.

 

New Podcast Episode: North Texas Food Bank

North Texas Food Bank (NTFB), a Cottonwood Creek partner charity, is gearing up to provide food for families in need this Christmas season. In light of the increased needs during this time of year, NTFB President and CEO, Trisha Cunningham, and Senior Pastor John Mark Caton sat down to discuss everything from the way that NTFB supports surrounding communities to the adaptations that the organization has made in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Vertical Marriage

Thursdays | January 7 - February 4 | 7:00p | Zoom

Connect deeper with God and one another with this humorous, relatable study by Dave and Ann Wilson of Family Life. Dave and Ann share intimate details of their own stories and lead couples in practically working towards a vibrant marriage on a foundation of active faith.

This is a five-week Bible study for married and dating couples that will meet via Zoom. A set of workbooks costs $15.

Before We Say I Do

Sundays | February 21 - April 4 | 7:00p | $75 | Zoom

Are you getting married soon? A great way to set your future marriage up for success is Biblical premarital counseling to put you and your future spouse on the same path. The Before We Say I Do premarital counseling classes will help you with just that! This course lasts 6 weeks, and you will walk through steps that will help make your marriage last.

Sessions will be held online via Zoom. You will receive the link once you register.

Women’s Bible Study Kickoff

Come to the kickoff on Tuesday, January 12 at 6:30p for a night to learn more about the upcoming studies for 2021. Women of all ages are invited to attend!

 

LifeGroups: Online, At Home & On Campus

In a large population, creating a sense of community and connecting with others is important. In the church, it’s crucial. LifeGroups are small groups within the larger church in which people of similar interests take care of the “one another” in life. In a large church, it’s important that community exists in order for relationships to be real and relevant.

 

Creek Kids Weekend Worship

Saturdays | 5:00p (Nursery to Kindergarten)

Sundays | 9:00a & 11:00a (Nursery to 5th Grade)

Reservations Required: For now, we’re asking families to register their children by Thursday at noon each week, so we know how to plan for the weekends. This will be an important step in making sure we can continue to move forward with our ministry.
