The holiday season is upon us and this may be your first holiday season since the loss of your loved one; or maybe it’s the second, third, or beyond and you are still dreading the holiday season.
In the coming days, you are going to be facing some tough emotions. And due to the nature of Christmas — with its focus on family, yearly traditions, expectations, social events, and “cheer” - the emotions can blindside you.
Join this gathering to hear some ways to help comfort you during this holiday season. Register below.
A Christmas Experience
Friday, December 10 | 7 p.m. | Worship Center
Join us for a magical evening sure to fill your heart with Christmas cheer! At the 2021 Cottonwood Creek Christmas Experience, we’ll come together to sing classic Christmas carols and holiday tunes that will inspire images of stockings hanging by the fireplace and lights glittering on the tree.
We’ll also have hot chocolate and an opportunity to sit down with Santa Claus. Most of all, this evening of worship will help us to prepare for the excitement of Christmas Day, when Jesus was born!

In a large population, creating a sense of community and connecting with others is important. In the church, it’s crucial. LifeGroups are small groups within the larger church in which people of similar interests take care of the “one another” in life. In a large church, it’s important that community exists in order for relationships to be real and relevant.
