Outdoor Baptisms

Sunday, August 28 | 6 p.m. | Learn More | Schedule a Baptism

What is baptism? Baptism is for those who repent and believe that Jesus Christ is Lord, and it symbolizes the believer’s union with Christ and union with other believers. While baptism does not bring salvation, it is an act of obedience in responding to the example of Jesus.

We love celebrating baptisms outdoors in the warm weather. Make sure you stick around afterward for ice cream sundaes!

Learn some facts about blood donation from American Red Cross:

Every two seconds someone in the U.S. needs blood. It is essential for surgeries, cancer treatment, chronic illnesses, and traumatic injuries. Whether a patient receives whole blood, red cells, platelets or plasma, this lifesaving care starts with one person making a generous donation.

The Red Cross provides about 40% of our nation’s blood and blood components, all from generous volunteer donors. But supply can’t always meet demand because only about 3% of age-eligible people donate blood yearly. Each new donor helps us meet patient needs.

    Walk-ins welcomed - appointments preferred.
